Evgeny Vinogradov

Dr. Vinogradov has worked in Portugal as psychiatrist after having been also completed the residency in Portugal and so obtained the EU's specialization.
Previously he already received specialization in Psychiatry, in Russian Military Medicine Academy, Saint Petersburg. In Russia, he was licensed to work in all three divisions of Psychiatry: Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Addiction Psychiatry.

As a psychiatrist, he practiced in Moscow, where he worked as a Consultant Psychiatrist at the Central Hospital of the Air Forces, mainly in the Liaison Psychiatry and Military Psychiatry, and he was also responsible for mental state assessments of military pilots. In Moscow, he also worked as an Addiction Psychiatrist at the largest specialized hospital in Russia (1,700 beds), Dual pathology department.

Prior to that, he received a specialization in Internal Medicine and was on service as Internist and Military Internist (Head of Internal Medicine Department). Dr. Vinogradov started his medical career in troops in Far East of Russia where served as a military General Practitioner and Head of Medical Service of the autonomous garrison. Dr. Vinogradov is a lieutenant colonel of Military medicine.

In parallel with medical practice, Dr. Vinogradov during several years worked in multi-national clinical researches in global companies for Big Pharma´s projects (Psychiatry, Oncology and Cardiology) and ultimately in telemedicine.

Over the past 5 years in Portugal, he has attended various online and offline internationally certified courses and trainings in his profession (those are evaluated as more than 1200 CME) accredited in the USA and Germany.
